Project:
We were contacted by CrossCom, a large IT management company based out of Illinois, to become a resource for them for networking in southeast Idaho and surrounding areas. They contact us when they have IT jobs that need fulfilled for their clients, including networking, telephone troubleshooting, system installations, and more.
Service has included accessing equipment with scissor lifts, tracing and identifying cables, running new network lines, fishing cable through conduit, mounting new network connections, troubleshooting telephone and fax issues, and correcting issues with and replacing WiFi access points. We work cooperatively with management of each store as well as with the CrossCom support team to reach solutions to each job and configure systems correctly.
