 Bingham county resident

Project:

September 2020 – Our customer wanted to connect internet between his two homes on his property, about 230ft apart. He didn’t want to trench a cable between the homes, so we installed a pair of small antennas to bridge between the homes. Compared to paying for separate internet service for each home, the installation will pay for itself in under a year.

Installation included configuring and mounting two antennas, fishing cable into one home through an existing conduit, tucking cable into trim to make it nearly fully hidden on the second house, and setting up the Power over Ethernet (PoE) injectors at each end. Tests confirmed a strong signal and throughput speed.

Project Associates:

Jon Swain: pre-configuration of the wireless antennas, assist in installation

Lance Drafs (subcontractor): assist in installation
